Qeveria ka miratuar ne Korrik 2015, shpimin e nje pusi per nafte ne Lagunen e Nartes e cila per shkak te vlerave te larta natyrore eshte shpallur zone e mbrojtur qe ne vitin 2004.

Procedura vendimarrse per kete projekt ka qene formale dhe jo transparente.Vendimi nuk eshte marre ne perputhje me kuadrin ligjor te zonave te mbrojtura, biodiversitetit si dhe Konventat nderkombetare ku Shqiperia ben pjese.

Projekti rrezikon ta ktheje kete zone te brishte natyrore ne nje fushe per nxjerrjen e naftes duke u shqeruar me demtim te rende te habitateve dhe biodiversitetit te zones. Vendimi nuk perkon me angazhimet e Shqiperise ne kuader te procesit te Integrimit Europian dhe mbeshtetjes kane dhene donatoret e huaj perkatesisht per Lagunen e Nartes dhe institucionet e mjedisit.

We warmly invite you to participate in the Budapest Energy
Charter Forum, which will take place on Wednesday 7 October 2015. The Forum is
organised by the Energy Charter Secretariat and the Ministry of National Development
of Hungary.

The Forum, entitled “Securing Energy Flows – Energy Union
and Beyond”, will focus on the proposed Energy Union and its impact for the
European Union and its external partners, on natural gas markets and
cross-border transport and transit as well as legal frameworks in regional
electricity cooperation.

It will thus provide a platform to promote a reliable and
secure cross-border transit of energy through various legal frameworks and
instruments to address the most salient challenges stemming from cross-border
energy flows. The Forum will address the growing interdependency and
integration of the energy markets and the importance of ensuring cross-border
and transit flows of energy.

The discussions will revolve around three main sessions on:

• Energy Union: what
it means for the EU and external partners;

• Natural Gas
Markets: cross-border transport and transit; and

• Regional Electricity
Cooperation: legal framework.

The Forum will take place at Pesti Vigadó 2., Vigadó tér,
Budapest 1051, Hungary.

The language of the Forum will be English without
interpretation.

Participation is free of charge and by registration only and
will be limited to 100 people. Please note that the registration deadline is 5
October 2015.

e Zhvillimit Ekonomik dhe SMAU Milano ka nisur edicionin e dytë të
ItaliaRestartsUp i cili zhvillohet nga data 22 deri me date 23 Tetor 2015. Ky

Aktiviteti do të

në ambientet e Tirana International Hotel, salla e konferencës Abret. Takimi zhvillohet
si pjesë e projektit “Politika të Qëndrueshme Energjetike në Evropën
Jug-Lindore”, një prej Marrëveshjeve të Partneritetit në Zbatim, financuara në
kuadër të Instrumentit të Shoqërisë Civile (CSF) dhe menaxhuar nga Njësia D5.

Takimi për paraqitjen
e Llogaritësit 2050, është një vijimësi e paraqitjes zyrtare që i është bërë
modelit në 17 qershor 2015 në Bruksel, gjatë Javës së Qëndrueshmërisë së
Energjisë, aktivitet i Komisionit Evropian.

Gjatë takimit
paraqitës në Shqipëri, do të prezantohet Llogaritësi 2050, i cili është një
mjet që mundëson përdoruesit, të depërtojnë sa më mirë në botën e
energjisë, të informojë dhe të aftësojë
publikun për të zhvilluar debate sa më logjike në lidhje me sektorin e
energjisë, të mundësojë vendimmarrësit për të eksploruar rrugë të ndryshme që
mund të ndjekin në të ardhmen për të promovuar një bashkëpunim efektiv ndërmjet
shoqërisë civile dhe institucioneve qeveritare për politikat e energjisë.

Skenarët e energjisë
që do të prezantohen në këtë takim, tregojnë që synimet për të zvogëluar gazet
serë janë të mundshme si në nivel shteti dhe në nivel rajoni. Takimi do të
krijojë mundësinë e debateve në nivel politikash në lidhje me synimet e
Bashkimit Evropian për 2050 për zvogëlimin e gazeve serë dhe do të promovojë
një sistem energjie më të qëndrueshëm në Evropën Juglindore, i cili do të jetë
në të njëjtën linjë me politikat e Bashkimit Evropian dhe synimet e përcaktuara
nga rrugëtimi drejt një ekonomie me karbon më të ulët në 2050.

Top European economy and finance policy-makers will gather in Brussels tomorrow – 22 September – to discuss how EU money is to be spent most efficiently and deliver more in terms of growth, competitiveness and job creation.

The one-day conference “EU Budget focused on results” will bring together European Commission President Jean-Claude Juncker, Vice-Presidents Kristalina Georgieva and Maroš Šefčovič, representatives of European and national institutions, international organisations and experts with the aim to foster dialogue and pave the way for concrete actions.

The list of high profile speakers includes Wolfgang Schäuble, Germany’s Federal Minister of Finance, Rachel Kyte, World Bank Group’s Vice President and special envoy for climate change, Duarte Rodrigues, board member of the Portuguese Cohesion and Development Agency and Chair of the OECD working party on territorial indicators, and Kevin Cardiff, member of the European Court of Auditors.

The main objective of the event is to exchange views and opinions on topics which, following the financial crisis and the tight scrutiny of public expenditure, are of crucial importance to the EU. The conference will discuss where and how money is spent, and how to make the best possible use of every Euro in the EU Budget.

It will be an interactive event where all participants and citizens will be invited to ask questions, share comments and make suggestions through different online platforms. The three panel sessions will focus on the performance oriented budgeting, the key features of the EU budget’s performance and how to further increase the value added by the EU Budget within and beyond the 2014-2020 multiannual financial framework. EU budget implications for agriculture, regional policy, employment and R&D will be discussed from a Commission and national perspective. Climate change will be another policy highlight.

Evroenergie mban konferencë ndërkombëtare, Agjencia e lajmeve ekonomia, 18.09.2015

Duke
konsideruar situatën e tanishme por edhe duke i pasur parasysh
mundësitë për investime në sektorin energjisë të Evropës Juglindore,
evroenegie L.L.C, me seli në Kosovë, për të katërtin vit me radhë,
organizon konferencën ndërkombëtare Energy Market South East Europe
2015.

Kjo konferencë do të mbahet me datë 15 dhe 16 Tetor 2015 në Prishtinë
dhe janë përfaqësuesit e kompanive më të fuqishme të sektorit të
energjisë në Evropë, të cilët do të janë pjesëmarrës të konferencës.

The annual conference of the European Network of Transmission System Operators is organised this year under the patronage of the Luxembourg Presidency of the European Council and in partnership with the Florence School of Regulation, the Energy Community, and the Renewable Grid Initiative. EC Vice-President Šefčovič will open the Conference which takes place just two days after his State of the Energy Union address.

The ENTSO-E annual conference will be marked by the launch of ENTSO-E’s Vision Package with recommendations on better regulation for energy, market design and innovation, security of supply, and energy regions. High level representatives of EU institutions, Member States and European electricity market participants will debate on how to take the energy union forward.

Moving the customer centre stage and preparing the power system of the future will be the underlining thread of the conference that will also give the floor to new stakeholders and market players such as Mateo Jaramillo, Global Director of Tesla Energy.
