The Agency for the Cooperation of Energy Regulators (ACER) has produced this report in collaboration with the Council of European Energy Regulators (CEER). The main results of our analysis of the progress towards the implementation of the Third Energy Package and the completion of the internal energy market will be presented. Registrations will be treated on a first-come-first-serve basis. Please note that, due to limited room capacity, the number of representatives per organisation may need to be restricted.

Dalla Indipendenza a una “Granda” amicizia: sabato 5/12 la prima Festa provinciale italo albanese

Festa di fine anno “dell’economia e del lavoro, della cultura e del turismo” con la partecipazione di Blue Panorama Airlines. Il ringraziamento di Besa e A Cuore Aperto ai relatori Presidenti Ghisolfi e Dardanello e Dott. Cataldi, al Csv Società Solidale, all’inviato Alessandro Zorgniotti e a tutti i sostenitori. Aderiscono 4 CCIAA di cui una francese, 4 Associazioni imprenditoriali e le due ATL Cuneo e Alba Bra. Appuntamento dalle ore 9,30 nel Castello degli Acaja.

Ogni Indipendenza vera è sempre stata accompagnata da un desiderio di confronto, di comunione, di condivisione di sfide, strategie, destini. Da ogni sana Indipendenza può nascere una grande, una Granda amicizia. Proprio questo si prefigge la conferenza e giornata pubblica del 5 dicembre prossimo, sabato mattina a Fossano, nella sede della Sala Barbero del Castello degli Acaja, dove avrà luogo il convegno con la finalità di proseguire, in terra cuneese e subalpina, la promozione della reciproca conoscenza con il Paese delle Aquile.

Un’Aquila a due teste che, graficamente e non solo, abbraccia due territori, per creare un ponte culturale e storico che diventi anche fisico e materiale via mare, terra e cielo; nella stessa maniera in cui ha armonizzato nei secoli Occidente e Oriente, Cristianesimo e Islamismo, Chiese e Moschee le une vicine alle altre, in una stessa via o piazza, in un dialogo interculturale che ne fa uno sprone di Pace unico al mondo e il solo Paese a formale maggioranza religiosa musulmana ad avere vestito i colori e le luci della Bandiera tricolore francese e indetto una giornata di lutto nazionale per la strage di Parigi.

La Cassa di Risparmio di Fossano, Banca e Fondazione, già distintasi nel corso di questi 14 intensi mesi con il suo Presidente Beppe Ghisolfi, per l’ospitalità accordata alla prima conferenza provinciale con l’Ambasciatore S.E. Neritan Ceka, massimo rappresentante istituzionale dell’Albania in Italia, e successivamente al workshop GrandAlbania con la Dottoressa Blerina Xhafa e l’avvocato Oltian Oxholli, prosegue il proprio impegno collaborativo sostenendo attivamente la Festa di scambio degli auguri indetta dalle associazioni Besa e A Cuore Aperto assieme al giornalista e inviato Alessandro Zorgniotti e al Csv Società Solidale; giornata successiva alle celebrazioni del 28 novembre (giornata in cui nel 1912 lo statista Qemal Ismaili da Valona proclamò l’Indipendenza albanese) e di arrivederci al 2016.

Molto vasto e qualificato il ventaglio delle adesioni, dalla Compagnia aerea Blue Panorama Airlines a ben quattro Camere di Commercio (Cuneo, CC italiana in Albania, CC italo albanese, la CC di Nizza, Sophie, Antipolis) di cui una con sede in Francia simbolo ancor più di fratellanza, altrettante Associazioni imprenditoriali e di categoria (Aiia – Imprenditori italiani in Albania, Cna Cuneo, Confapi Cuneo, Ascom Fossano) e le due ATL di Cuneo e Alba Bra, passando per un vasto scibile di realtà professionali e culturali molto vitali sul fronte delle relazioni italo albanesi come Lpa – Studio legale, Mb Consulting – Consulenza fiscale e del lavoro, Lions Club Tirana Host, Pen International Tirana, Hermes News, Italians – Italiani in Albania e altre ancora; aderiscono inoltre realtà aziendali di respiro globale come le industrie cuneesi Maina Panettoni, Merlo Group, Inalpi, Cascina San Cassiano, e da Asti l’Albergo Etico, e poi realtà finanziarie di territorio come Bene Banca.

L’evento sarà anche una occasione, per la comunità italo albanese attiva tanto a Tirana quanto nella Granda, per ribadire solidarietà e vicinanza al territorio fossanese in questo momento così complesso per la sua economia, e per riaffermare i valori di una sana internazionalizzazione economica che crei opportunità di lavoro per le aziende di tutti i settori e del turismo. Dopo il saluto introduttivo del Comune, nella persona del Sindaco Davide Sordella, la mattinata, con inizio alle 9,30, continuerà con gli interventi dei rappresentanti delle due Associazioni, del Presidente Cr Fossano e Vicepresidente ABI Beppe Ghisolfi, del vertice Unioncamere Piemonte e CCIAA Cuneo Ferruccio Dardanello, del Dirigente commerciale di Blue Panorama Albino Naldo e dell’esperto di studi araldici e cavallereschi Carmelo Cataldi.

Il coordinamento dei lavori è affidato al giornalista cuneese Alessandro Zorgniotti, residente a Tirana da oramai un anno, che svilupperà un intervento testimonianza con foto servizio proiettato per testimoniare i veloci cambiamenti modernizzatori intervenuti nella società e nell’economia albanesi, dalle aree urbane ai siti turistici, per evidenziare i punti di analogie e di convergenza con il Cuneese. Nel corso della mattinata, sarà servito nei locali un coffee break gentilmente offerto da Maina Panettoni e Crf.

Austrian Kosovo Energy Day 2015, organized
by Austrian Kosovo Society and UBT the University for Business and Technology
Kosovo in coordination with the Ministry for economic Development and interested
stakeholders to be defined.

Objective is to promote, discuss, analyze the Kosovo Energy Sector and
propose solution and success models based on Austrian Model or similar best
practices working successful in other EU member states.

As a follow up on the Kosovo Austrian Industry Day successfully
concluded on the 7th of October the objective is to discuss the integration of
the energy reform agenda with the industrial potential and reform agenda in
this vital sector and so significantly improve the economic development of
Kosovo on its way to EU and to intensify Austrian Kosovo cooperation in the
area of industry and energy and to promote economic development in the sector
and set Kosovo on a new growth trajectory improving the employment situation in
Kosovo and supporting the faster integration of the Kosovo in the European
Union.
